As the Head of Digital Marketing you will be responsible for developing & driving digital innovation and strategy, managing & developing our global website while driving digital campaigns. You will be working in our Global Marketing team but be in daily contact with our local offices in US, EMEA and APAC to ensure the website grows and create commercial value aligned with our brand. With your experience from driving and developing a multinational website, you use your strong technical understanding to drive developers to build what is needed to support 3 very different regions. Part of your role is as well to drive digital campaigns based on the needs of our markets, you know what it takes to drive successful inbound campaigns. You will be referring to the SVP of Marketing and work closely with the CCO and other heads ofs in the global marketing team to make sure we succeed with our digital strategy.

Head of Digital Marketing’s Core Duties:

* Drive the company’s global online campaign activities

* Drive the company’s global website

* Help local markets create and manage their own subdomain

* Drive the full web development centralized in the group

* Setup tracking and analytics. How do we measure success?

* Proactively innovate on and develop our online presence

* Create clever integrations to third party systems (Salesforce)

* Make sure the website goes beautifully hand in hand supporting our commercial strategy

* Online campaigns (An understanding of distribution of budgets and how to make the most of them)

* Responsible for the global website roadmap

* Drive our performance marketing roadmap


To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A strong technical understanding around digital marketing

* An understanding of the digital consulting business

* Experience working for a Tech/digital brand

* 3+ years of experience managing online content

* Experience with integration to 3rd party systems such as Salesforce

* Experience with Sitecore and Wordpress

* Highly motivated, enthusiasm and driven

* Excellent English communication skills

* Experience working for a multinational company

* Strong, proven experience with SEO, PPC and SEM campaigns
