As our new Project Manager for life science at Nodes, you will work closely with the team of project managers and our delivery director within life science to deliver cutting edg technology and value to our clients as well as be involved in driving new business.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Motivating and leading cross-functional project teams from our international resource pool (strategy, design, UX, development and QA)
• Project management, process optimization for IT Automation and Data Analytics within digital and Life Science
• Overall quality assurance and quality control for project delivery
• Advising and supporting our life science clients within areas such as design thinking, product management, agile delivery, digital strategy & transformation, data strategy & transformation

You are our ideal candidate if you possess the natural ability to recognize and foster quality work, and consider yourself eager to drive the growth and success of Nodes in a high-potential global market. Also possessing:

• Minimum 3 years project management experience preferably from the life science industry
• Have experience or deep understanding from life science production and manufacturing processes
• GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV) / Computer Software Assurance (CSA)  experience is an advantage
• IT & Automation project management experience
• Have a high level understanding of the data governance, data structure,  technical solutions about data analytics
• First-hand knowledge or experience of what it takes to build successful digital products and processes
• Confidence communicating and presenting at a professional level in English
• Acumen within the Agile methodology and its application in project management/ product development
